That all changed in last night's 6th episode, The Good Samaritan. The one thing we haven't seen yet, is how exactly he came to be the Rider. The show uses the Robbie Reyes version of the Rider, which was first revealed at San Diego Comic Con earlier this year.
Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D's current season is subtitled "Ghost Rider" and we've seen a lot of him in action so far.
